OUR TUTORS
All of our tutors are fully qualified teachers. We ensure that our practitioners bring high quality education to your home and create a learning environment that inspires and engages your child. Our teachers bring along their own resources to suit the specific needs of your child and carry out regular informal assessments in order to dictate the direction of future tutoring sessions. Many of our teachers are highly specialised in certain curriculum areas or skilled in working with children with special needs.
What We Do
OUR SERVICES
Our tutors can carry out tutoring sessions into an area of development that your child needs support with. If you are unaware of your child's specific area of difficulty, allow us to carry out a detailed assessment to reveal misconceptions or issues that your child may currently have.
We can create a session on any area of primary learning that you wish to receive. The services below are our most popular, but we can cover any subject within the National Curriculum.
Sessions are priced at: £30 per hour
LITERACY SUPPORT
Whether your child requires consolidation of class learning or extension to build up their confidence, we can tailor a service that will build upon their Literacy skills.
MATHS SUPPORT
Our Maths lessons are heavily influenced by the style of learning carried out in Singapore. Our tutors incorporate high order questioning alongside engaging resources to ensure children's understanding of number and the number system can be deepened and consolidated.
READING SUPPORT
Many children claim to find little enjoyment in reading and, we believe, it's all about tapping into your child's imagination and revealing the genre of books they can embrace and enjoy. Within our reading sessions, we combine the skills of reading aloud with comprehension to enable your child to become a well-rounded and confident reader.
